
Clovers’ live video interview tool is intuitive and easy to learn, and it’s helping us expedite our hiring process. We’re in a more natural and comfortable atmosphere for both the interviewer and interviewee and our conversations are less disjointed. It’s helping us make more informed decisions, which has been amazing. I’m also able to use the recordings to train our hiring managers. I review all their interviews and make sure no one is asking inappropriate questions and what percentage of the time they’re talking versus the candidates. We use one-way video interviews, too, which is so much faster than a phone screen. And they really help our candidates stand out so much more than phone calls do. They make the resume come alive.
