**What do you like best about Clovers?**

Clovers’ live video interview tool is intuitive and easy to learn, and it’s helping us expedite our hiring process. We’re in a more natural and comfortable atmosphere for both the interviewer and interviewee and our conversations are less disjointed. It’s helping us make more informed decisions, which has been amazing. I’m also able to use the recordings to train our hiring managers. I review all their interviews and make sure no one is asking inappropriate questions and what percentage of the time they’re talking versus the candidates. We use one-way video interviews, too, which is so much faster than a phone screen. And they really help our candidates stand out so much more than phone calls do. They make the resume come alive.

**What do you dislike about Clovers?**

We’ve had a few issues with bugs, but we’re always able to work through it. We have a great working relationship with Clovers’ support. They’re responsive and able to fix whatever comes up quickly.

**What problems is Clovers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re gaining confidence in our interviews because we don’t have to worry about writing every last thing down in case we miss something important. We’re just focusing on having great conversations with candidates. Our hiring timeline is so much faster now, too. We know who to move to the next conversations more quickly, which is great for us and the candidates waiting for feedback.

**What do you like best about Clovers?**

Clovers has transformed our hiring process! Ever since we started using the video interview tools, we’ve been having more insightful and meaningful conversations with our applicants. Instead of getting distracted by note-taking, our interviewers are fully present to each person and able to get to know them on a deeper level. We’re forming stronger connections with candidates and ultimately can make more informed hiring decisions. Having a video record of each interview helps bring each candidate to life, too—we get to know each person beyond a resume or set of interview notes.

**What do you dislike about Clovers?**

No major cons! Every time something small came up, the team addressed it quickly.

**What problems is Clovers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Clovers, our hiring teams have more freedom to focus on each candidate conversation without distractions. And we’ve loved having video recordings and interview transcripts to refer back to when we’re making hiring decisions. It makes the decision-making process much easier for everyone.

**What do you like best about Clovers?**

With Clovers, our hiring and interview process is streamlined. Whenever key decision-makers aren’t able to make it to live interviews, they’re able to review the recordings and still collaborate with others on the hiring team. We don’t have to try to reschedule meetings or risk others missing out on key moments. It makes our lives as recruiters easier fosters better conversations, and gives us time back to focus on other tasks.

**What do you dislike about Clovers?**

Adoption with our hiring managers has been something of a challenge. Getting used to a new platform has taken some time, but we’re getting there!

**What problems is Clovers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re able to have more meaningful conversations on the hiring team because it’s easy for us to go back and review recordings or transcripts. And we love that our lives as recruiters have gotten so much easier! We’re able to focus on other tasks with less stress.

**What do you like best about Clovers?**

Recording conversations has made hiring so much easier. We went through a period of time where we weren’t able to record interviews, and you don’t realize how important a tool is to you until you have to go without it. When we have the recordings, we don’t have to rely on memory alone to make decisions or risk remembering details incorrectly. Instead, we have what we need to make more accurate decisions quickly.

**What do you dislike about Clovers?**

Clovers is still growing, so there are still opportunities to suggest features for enhancement. Personally, I’d love it if we could export our interview guides.

**What problems is Clovers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since incorporating Clovers into our hiring process, we’ve been able to find our shortlist much more quickly and make more intentional, insightful hiring decisions.

**What do you like best about Clovers?**

I like that Clovers automatically syncs with my calendely and google and records with my zoom calls.

**What do you dislike about Clovers?**

Sometimes the caption interpretation from zoom is off.

**What problems is Clovers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is recording and storing every interview I have with clients on zoom so that my entire team can go back and look at it if I share it with them. It also helps with getting anything wong from the person being interviewed.

**What do you like best about Clovers?**

I am a recruiter for an executive search firm. From my experience, Clovers allows for a quicker connection with candidates. I can focus on the candidate because I know the call is being recorded. I can also highlight the best moments from the interview to show the hiring managers. I love that Clovers gives me the ability to share interviews and highlights from my recorded calls. The hiring managers can see how the candidates present themselves before they even meet them which saves time and prepares them for their interview.

**What do you dislike about Clovers?**

Sometimes the video briefly switches over to me in the video clip and I’d rather only show the candidate to keep the focus on them.

**What problems is Clovers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to bring specific answers to hiring teams.  We can share direct experiences with teams that would have to wait during an interview.  This allows the interview to be more in-depth and eliminates additional interviews.
