What do you like best about Clovers?

Clovers’ live video interview tool is intuitive and easy to learn, and it’s helping us expedite our hiring process. We’re in a more natural and comfortable atmosphere for both the interviewer and interviewee and our conversations are less disjointed. It’s helping us make more informed decisions, which has been amazing. I’m also able to use the recordings to train our hiring managers. I review all their interviews and make sure no one is asking inappropriate questions and what percentage of the time they’re talking versus the candidates. We use one-way video interviews, too, which is so much faster than a phone screen. And they really help our candidates stand out so much more than phone calls do. They make the resume come alive. What do you dislike about Clovers?

We’ve had a few issues with bugs, but we’re always able to work through it. We have a great working relationship with Clovers’ support. They’re responsive and able to fix whatever comes up quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clovers?

Clovers has transformed our hiring process! Ever since we started using the video interview tools, we’ve been having more insightful and meaningful conversations with our applicants. Instead of getting distracted by note-taking, our interviewers are fully present to each person and able to get to know them on a deeper level. We’re forming stronger connections with candidates and ultimately can make more informed hiring decisions. What do you like best about Clovers?

With Clovers, our hiring and interview process is streamlined. Whenever key decision-makers aren’t able to make it to live interviews, they’re able to review the recordings and still collaborate with others on the hiring team. We don’t have to try to reschedule meetings or risk others missing out on key moments. What do you like best about Clovers?

Recording conversations has made hiring so much easier. We went through a period of time where we weren’t able to record interviews, and you don’t realize how important a tool is to you until you have to go without it. When we have the recordings, we don’t have to rely on memory alone to make decisions or risk remembering details incorrectly. Instead, we have what we need to make more accurate decisions quickly. What do you like best about Clovers?

I am a recruiter for an executive search firm. From my experience, Clovers allows for a quicker connection with candidates. I can focus on the candidate because I know the call is being recorded. I can also highlight the best moments from the interview to show the hiring managers. I love that Clovers gives me the ability to share interviews and highlights from my recorded calls. What do you dislike about Clovers?
