**What do you like best about CloudXentral?**

The team working tools are great, and it's very convenient to use with the cellphone app, which I also use on my computer. Another win is their customer support. It's fast and efficient.

**What do you dislike about CloudXentral?**

CRM integration requires help from customer support. It's not configured by the user. Fortunately, their support works well.

**What problems is CloudXentral solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being easily accessible to my customers through the click-to-call button, which I can place on my website and email campaigns. Having group chats for our departments to collaborate with, avoiding communication by email.
