I love that Cloudtheapp eQMS is easy to use and that their support team is excellent. It helped move our paper-based system electronic, improving efficiency and reducing the time for paperwork to be completed. I enjoy the ability to be collaborative with our team members, making it very simple to send records to others. The initial setup was very easy, allowing us to be fully implemented in under 6 months. I really like the exceptional team behind Cloudtheapp eQMS. The platform itself is well designed with modular functionality and linking ability between records. I find it unmatched in creating a change record, discussing changes, and linking directly to labels, documents, items, and testing records. This setup allows for easy navigation and a quick overview of progress. I'm grateful for the updates and improvements they make based on customer feedback.
