  ### 1. Easy Installation and Setup for Our Support Team

**What do you like best about CloudPhone?**

The application was very easy to install and configure for our team of 35 support technicians.  This made for easy upgrade processes across the entire as we could now perform this task in minutes rather than days.

**What do you dislike about CloudPhone?**

We ran into a lot of connectivity issues when our technicians switched back and forth between the in-house Wi‑Fi network and their cellular provider networks.  This resulted in a lot of dropped calls and poor audio quality.

**What problems is CloudPhone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product gave our technicians the ability to connect to our inhouse PBX without having to carry an additional phone around with them.  While using CloudPhone, they were active participants in the queues meaning the parameters we set up for call distribution worked seamlessly for them.  Before using CloudPhone, we had no way of extending the PBX services to their home phones.  By transitioning to this mobile app, we decreased our hardware spend by more than 90% as the app was far less expensive than purchasing home phones for the staff.

**What do you like best about CloudPhone?**

CloudPhone is bundle of features packed in one platform where you can not only make and receive calls, but also receives the call on your behalf while you are on a different call. The auto attendant feature is the most liked one for my company.

**What do you dislike about CloudPhone?**

There is nothing to dislike about it. It is the best one so far.

**What problems is CloudPhone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudPhone helped my team to sort, navigate and deligate the calls as per the deparments set up for the VoIP system as per our requirment. And we love the auto attendant feature the most.

I love being able to have my calls on my cell phone without being in the office.  It is a great addition to our office

there is nothing that I dislike at this moment

Not a ton of features to bog you down.  It has the basic stuff you'd want without making it confusing or need advanced training to operate.

**What do you dislike about CloudPhone?**

I'd like more features like integrations with helpdesk systems and zapier

It's a good product with excellent support

Virtual phone numbers that let us ditch land lines.
