We also liked the feature of Cloudinary being able to serve assets straight from the DAM and transformations (we typically store large layered PSDs, but Cloudinary can instantly create a web-optimized image quickly without the need to open Photoshop again). Our previous DAM had better options for what Cloudinary calls 'Structured metadata'. I'd like for Cloudinary to offer more field types, such as true/false, number but with more control (like limiting it to integers), and better search within Structured Metadata fields. We have some limited tie-ins with tools like Figma, but most uploading takes place manually.
