**What do you like best about CloudIdentify?**

CloudIdentify assists businesses in meeting regulatory standards by providing detailed logs and audit trails. This feature aids in the tracking and monitoring of authentication operations in order to ensure compliance and accountability.

**What do you dislike about CloudIdentify?**

Instead than relying only on cloud-based authentication, certain users may prefer or have special requirements for physical authentication tokens (such as hardware tokens or smart cards). For customers with such preferences or requirements, CloudIdentify's absence of physical token options may be a negative.

**What problems is CloudIdentify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudIdentify helps my enterprise to boost the security posture by employing cloud-based authentication. It includes advanced security features like encryption, secure protocols, and multi-factor authentication to ensure that only authorized users have access to protected data.

The CloudIdentify provides an additional layer of security to user account by requiring a second form of authentication beyond just password.

**What do you dislike about CloudIdentify?**

From my side their are no such dislikes but it is a cloud based authentication so internet is compulsory for it so that can be a disadvantage.

**What problems is CloudIdentify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many users in my organisation are choosing week or easily guessable password by which any can breach in security but by the use to 2FA provided by CloudIdentify security improves.
