The AWS IAM integration is seamless, which is great, and the MFA support provides extra security. SAML 2.0 support is also beneficial because it allows easy integration with external apps. These features significantly improve team productivity. QA engineers can access Jira, Salesforce, and AWS consoles with one click. MFA ensures our test environments remain secure, and onboarding new team members is quick as we can provision all necessary access in minutes. **What do you dislike about Cloud SSO?** The initial setup and configuration can be complex, especially for custom SAML app integrations. The documentation could be more beginner-friendly. Also, the user interface for admins could be more intuitive and troubleshooting login issues sometimes takes time. **What problems is Cloud SSO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloud SSO eliminates password fatigue and reduces security risks. It simplifies managing multiple logins and streamlines provisioning when team members change.
