**What do you like best about Clio Draft?**

I love that this easy to use, customizable template program has come into my life. I use this program daily to convert our law firms most used documents into templates to make the creation and editing of these documents lightening fast. It was easily implemented into our current process. And even if we hit a snag, customer service is on top of it with quick and efficient resolutions.

**What do you dislike about Clio Draft?**

I wish we could format pdfs through draft.

Keeping our frequently used documents efficient and easily customizable.
