Keka HRMS is useful, but there are a few areas that could improve. Customization options feel a bit limited, and sometimes the system runs slow or has minor glitches. I really like the HR Hotline, especially now that we still have a pandemic; as an employee, any hr concern that we raise through the hr hotline will be addressed outright through the hotline, and you don't need to go to the site/office to avoid being infected by the covid -19 virus.
