"ClickUp Keeps Tasks, Docs, and Project Tracking Perfectly in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is how it brings tasks, documentation, communication, and project tracking together in one place. Its flexibility to customize workflows and views makes it easier for different teams to stay organized, collaborate smoothly, and keep clear visibility into project progress without having to constantly switch between multiple tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

One downside of ClickUp is that its extensive feature set can make the interface feel overwhelming at first. It can take a while to configure workflows and get team members trained and comfortable using it effectively, and occasional performance slowdowns may disrupt productivity. That said, once everything is properly set up, the benefits generally outweigh these drawbacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A flexible platform for managing projects and team activities"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

We have been using ClickUp for several years, and one of its main strengths is its ease of use. The interface is intuitive, and after spending just a few minutes with the platform, it becomes easy to understand and adapt its features to the team’s workflow.

Regarding integrations, we know that ClickUp offers many possibilities. Currently, we mainly use the GitLab integration, which allows us to link code changes directly to tasks and makes it easier to track development activities.

Performance is also very good most of the time. On a few occasions, the dashboard became slow, but the issue seemed to be related to the browser. After clearing the cookies and logging in again, ClickUp returned to normal.

As for pricing, we would not consider ClickUp inexpensive, but it is not excessively expensive either. The investment is worthwhile because it helps organize the team’s workflow, improves project visibility, and allows everyone to work within the same platform.

We have not made significant use of ClickUp’s support or AI features yet. So far, we have preferred to keep a simpler workflow focused on organizing projects, tasks, and team activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

What I like least about ClickUp is that some features require upgrading the plan for every member of the team. This discourages us from exploring new tools because, when we find an interesting feature, we may need to upgrade all user licenses just to test it or use it with only part of the team.

It would be helpful to have more flexibility to purchase certain features separately or enable them only for specific users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Fast, and Easy to Use Across Teams—With Great Integrations and Inbox"
4/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

We have benefitted greatly from the flexibility CU allows - sprints can be customised to different needs for different products / teams / workflows with statuses that make sense.

The lists feature also allows lots of flexibility for non-sprint workflows.

This allows us to use it across the business for developers and non-developers and for a wide variety of different types of work.

Generally speaking it is really fast and performant which makes it convenient and easy to use.

We also benefit from the integrations being able to use the CU MCP for AI integrations with Claude for example.

I also really like the Inbox feature and how it helps me to manage notifications and keep on top of different areas of work. Notifications can be a nightmare but CU's inbox feature allows one to manage this quite well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I find navigating between different spaces / sprints etc a little bit inefficient at times. I'm sure there are better ways to do this using favourites and/or hotkeys etc - I just find that with a large number of spaces / lists / sprints to switch between that I spend a lot of time expanding and collapsing lists on the LHS sidebar when I should probably be switching between them some other way to avoid the inefficiency of scanning and clicking so much each time I want to switch contexts. Maybe different methods of navigation can be pushed more aggressively in onboarding / tutorials cos I've been using CU for a long time and haven't learnt a better way to handle navigation yet - I feel like I'm probably missing some shortcuts. "Highly Adaptable Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

The platform can be adapted to almost any workflow and allows you to create dedicated dashboards for each team member. Its automation features streamline processes, making them easier to track, manage, and report on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Setting up automations could be more user-friendly. Duplicating and slightly modifying automations across multiple spaces is currently cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp’s AI Agents and Brain² Feel Like Real Teammates"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What stands out most for me are ClickUp's AI features — specifically Agents and Brain. The newly launched Super Agents feel like genuine AI teammates rather than just another automation tool: you can @mention them in tasks and comments, assign them to handle recurring work, and they operate with full visibility into what's happening across the workspace, so nothing gets done in a black box. It's saved my team real time on repetitive workflows like status updates and task triage that used to eat up hours every week.

Brain (now Brain²) is the other feature I keep coming back to. Because it has direct context on our tasks, docs, and conversations, it doesn't give generic answers; it actually understands what's going on in our workspace, so I can ask something like "what's overdue on Project X" and get a real, useful answer instead of having to dig through boards myself. The fact that it also lets us switch between different AI models depending on the task, without juggling separate subscriptions, is a nice bonus.

Together, Agents and Brain make ClickUp feel less like a static project management tool and more like an active collaborator that keeps things moving even when we're not looking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

My main frustration is with tables inside ClickUp Docs. The formatting options are pretty limited compared to what I'd expect; there's not much flexibility around things like cell styling, borders, column sizing, or conditional formatting. When I'm trying to present information cleanly in a doc, I often end up fighting the table editor instead of just being able to format it the way I want. It would be great to see more robust table customisation added, closer to what you'd get in a tool like Notion or even Google Docs/Sheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp is still my favourite tool for project management."
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What do I like best about ClickUp? Everything.

No, seriously.

I've been using ClickUp for several years now, and the way I can continuously work it into my workflow is amazing.

ClickUp is my task manager, of course. But pretty much all of my AI workflows involve ClickUp at some stage - my dispatcher picks tasks up from my lists to run each morning. As something goes through a pipeline, notes are added to the task. If something goes sideways (which, of course, something will), I have the information needed to fix things.

If I had to cut my stack down to four tools, it would be ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, and Claude... and with ClickUp, I know I could cut that list down more. However, ClickUp updates flow through to Slack and email. Claude has it doing things I did not know were possible.

The performance has been top-notch, support has been amazing, and the pricing, well, I'm on the free level, but with a small team (me and Claude!), I could upgrade and get access to Brain2.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

My biggest frustration with ClickUp, back when I was in a larger organization, was that I couldn’t enable AI for only certain seats. I wanted to limit it to specific users rather than having to give it to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp: frictionless sprints and simpler bug review with Git history"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Clickup really helped us make a difference in each sprint, all without friction and without leaving the same platform. Now, reviewing a bug and seeing that the git history is directly associated with each task simplifies its review much more. Totally. The Price-Quality is very appropriate. Totally. What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I wish everything were rosy, but honestly the mobile app is very slow compared to the features of the web version. It's impossible to quickly check the status of tasks or the comments on each one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp: The All-in-One Hub With Unparalleled Performance"

What do you like best about ClickUp?

I love that ClickUp is a hub for everything my team needs. I love that I can assign work, provide my team with assets, attach other apps, include calendars, have in ClickUp Chat, update projects as we move through their process. I love that it has integrated ways to keep time and time sheets. I love the interface for literally everything. The performance is unparalleled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

"ClickUp Keeps Me Organized, Productive, and Connected in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

ClickUp helps me stay organized and keep track of my daily task. It is easy to use, I can easily prioritize my work, monitor my progress, and make sure nothing gets overlooked. I also like that it integrates other tools like Google Calendar and Slack, so everything stays connected in one place.

Also, it helps me work faster, I can automate repetitive tasks, quickly find information that I need, and allows me to speend more time focusing on high-value work, which can help improve productivity and contibute to better sales results. I also like the built-in AI because it helps me find answers, summarize information, generate ideas, and complete tasks more efficiently. Another advantage is that I think ClickUp offers great value for its price. Considering all the features it includes—such as task management, integrations, collaboration tools, documentation, and AI assistance—the pricing is very reasonable. Another feature I find very useful is using ClickUp as a training resource for my teammates. I can create documentation, organize processes, and share step-by-step instructions, making onboarding and knowledge sharing much easier. Overall, ClickUp makes my daily work more organized, collaborative, and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I have no complaints about the tool in general. It's simple and easy to use; I can't think of anything I don't like about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An All-in-One Solution!"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Task types have been REVOLUTIONARY for my workflow. I love being able to sort by task types and see all of the icons grouped together. It helps me group different kinds of work together across all of my spaces in my workspace. And having custom fields that are for task types only puts my mind at ease. I now know that I'm not forgetting anything in my task input stage. It's all right there! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I'm a ClickUp Brain² and Agent user. It's AI is just slightly behind other tools out there. Sometimes it's easier for me to launch up another one that's connected to ClickUp in order to get the answers and reports that I'm looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
