"ClickUp’s All-in-One Flexibility That Saves Our Team Hours"
4/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like best about ClickUp is its extreme customizability and all-in-one nature. Having tasks, docs, whiteboards, and goals in a single platform eliminates the need to context-switch between multiple apps, saving our team hours each week. The ability to switch seamlessly between List, Board, Gantt, and Calendar views lets every team member work in the layout that suits them best, while native automations handle our routine status updates effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Due to ClickUp's vast feature set, the initial setup and learning curve can be steep for new team members. The interface can sometimes feel cluttered or overwhelming with so many menus, options, and settings. Streamlining default onboarding templates and simplifying the navigation menus would significantly improve the user experience for non-technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable Tool for Organising Projects and Tasks"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like how ClickUp helps me keep my personal and academic projects organised in one place. I can create tasks, break them down into subtasks, set due dates, and track my progress as I go. The customisable layouts and reminders make it easier to stay on top of deadlines, so I don’t feel overwhelmed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The biggest challenge for me was the learning curve. ClickUp has a lot of features, which is a plus, but it can make the interface feel crowded and a bit overwhelming at first. Finding specific settings sometimes takes longer than I expect, and occasional performance slowdowns can also affect the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Streamlines Project Tracking and Team Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I like most about ClickUp is how it helps organize and track tasks and subtasks throughout the entire project lifecycle. The hierarchical structure makes it easy to break down complex projects into manageable work items, giving everyone clear visibility into priorities, ownership, and progress.

Collaboration is another standout feature. Having multiple team members working on the same task, sharing updates, leaving comments, and tracking progress in one place has significantly improved communication and reduced the need for long email threads or separate meetings.

The integrations are excellent, especially with email and other business applications, making it easy to centralize work and automate repetitive processes. This has streamlined our workflow and saved time across different teams.

From a performance perspective, the web application is fast, responsive, and very reliable for day-to-day work. The Windows desktop application could be improved, as it sometimes feels less optimized than the web version, but it does not prevent us from being productive.

Although I don't have visibility into the pricing or support experience because the licenses are managed by my company, the onboarding experience was very smooth. The platform is intuitive, and new users can become productive quickly.

Finally, ClickUp AI has been a great addition. It is especially useful for generating structured task lists and breaking down larger initiatives into actionable tasks, helping teams get started faster and maintain consistency in project planning. Overall, ClickUp has become an essential part of our daily workflow and has significantly improved productivity and collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The performance on the desktop app could be better, and about de UI, it'll be better if we could personilize a little more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ne Tool That Replaced Our Scattered SEO Workflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

As an SEO team lead, ClickUp has made it much easier to manage content calendars, keyword research, and link-building tasks in one place. Switching between List, Board, and Gantt views lets me tailor how I track work for my team versus stakeholders, automations have cut down on manual status-update busywork, and linking Docs directly to tasks keeps our SOPs and content briefs right where the work happens. It's replaced several disconnected tools we used to juggle and made cross-team visibility into SEO deliverables much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The biggest downside is the learning curve, ClickUp has so much depth and so many configuration options that it took our team a bit of time to get comfortable setting up views, automations, and permissions the way we wanted. A more guided onboarding flow for new users would help teams get to full productivity faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Makes Managing Daily Tasks Much Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

One thing that really stands out to me about ClickUp is how smoothly it fits into my everyday workflow. Keeping track of assigned tickets, priorities, and progress is simple, and the UI feels easy to navigate. The integrations work well with other tools, performance is consistent, and getting started doesn’t feel complicated. I also find the automation and AI features helpful for saving time on repetitive tasks. Overall, it offers good value and makes managing work much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

The main downside for me is that ClickUp can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many features and options. Some pages can also take a little time to load, especially when there are a lot of tasks. While the integrations and AI features are useful, setting them up and getting the most out of them can take some time. The pricing can also feel a little high if you only need the basic features, and the onboarding could be simpler for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Completely changed how I manage projects and clients"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

What I love most is how customizable it is. We use different views depending on the project, automate repetitive tasks, create dashboards to track progress, and organize everything from content calendars to client onboarding. The flexibility means we can build workflows that actually fit how our team works instead of changing our processes to match the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

If I had one suggestion, it would be that the sheer number of features can feel overwhelming at first. There is definitely a learning curve, but once you invest a little time setting everything up, it becomes an incredibly powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Time Tracking, Helpful Dashboards, and Fast Support"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Time tracking helps me stay on track at work. The dashboards give me the best overview of my week and daily schedule. I also love the flexible options for creating lists and folders because they allow me to structure everything in a way that works for me. Being able to write documents directly in the app is an added bonus that helps me keep everything in one place. Overall, the interface is very intuitive. Very good and fast support with any questions. The interfaces are also easy to use, which makes setting up external automations simple for me. Sometimes the dashboards load a bit slowly, which is a little annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

Sometimes the dashboards load a bit slowly, which is a little annoying. I think the pricing is fair, but as a power user, I would like to see even better discounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp: Complete, Intuitive, and Versatile"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

I like how easy ClickUp is to use and the many extra options it has. It's very practical to be able to link tasks together and create tasks and subtasks, which helps me maintain order and chronology. The folders, reminders, and deadlines are functional and useful, and I feel like nothing is missing. Additionally, I switched to ClickUp from Trello because it has many more features and is more practical for monthly and daily planning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

I would like to be able to customize the aesthetics of some things more, but it's not something that prevents me from working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clickup - If it ain't in there, it doesn't get done!"
5/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Clickup is hands-down one of the most flexible task mangement products I've ever used. It's also managed to escape the 'jack of all trades, master of none' traps that a lot of software that promises the world falls into. It's both flexible, and effective! It's easy to configure, it integrates well with my calendar and email, and it's very cost effective. The free tier is quite generous and when you outgrow it, it doesn't cost the earth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

It's fallen into the trap of pushing AI like it's the best thing in the world, and I wish that was a little easier to disable, but that's not the end ofthe world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ClickUp Simplifies Projects with Templates, Collaboration, and Centralized Files"
4/5
What do you like best about ClickUp?

Clickup has made tracking projects so simple which is amazing for the complex amount of tasks for each project. It allows our team to see where the project is at any point and communicate with each other within the app. We also utilize the templates which have really helped with onboarding and training. We can create a very detailed template with instructions that can easily be deleted or overwritten but are there for detailed processes that are not done often enough to easily remember each step. I also love that we can save attachments and emails to help when someone takes over a project. No searching through emails - everything needed is under the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClickUp?

While I really enjoy ClickUp I do not like the search feature. I constant ask the AI Brian to search things on accident because the button is placed where you would normally see a "search" or "go" button. I wish it was separate search bar and did not pop up constantly.

It would also be nice to find a way to organize complete tasks into folders so we can reference them but not have to scroll through 93 lines. This would be especially helpful with tracking social media so we could see year by year the topics we covered but then collapse when we don't need it. If there is way to do it then I couldn't find it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
