I like that Clerky lets us get incorporated relatively easily. The cap table function is great because it allows our startup to officially store our cap table based on real equity splits, and we can update it as needed. It's very easy to track everything. I also appreciate having the bylaws done for a few hundred dollars, even if they're Delaware standard. Additionally, Clerky provides a comprehensive place to store all the necessary C corp documents, making it easy to reference them. Having all the startup stuff in one place is really valuable to me, along with having real documents that potential investors can trust. **What do you dislike about Clerky?** I don't like the extra fees for many things, even though I bought a lifetime package. There were additional charges for services like equity vesting and tax filings (83b form), which cost an extra $150. The user experience can be confusing after completing post-incorporation tasks, especially when sharing documents with co-founders. It feels cheap, like the website was thrown together, and some things can be hard to find. Also, customer support takes about 2 business days to respond, even though they are generally responsive. **What problems is Clerky solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clerky helped us become a legal corporation and manage equity splits and vesting. It provided all necessary legal terms and functions for starting up and raising equity, making incorporation in Delaware easy and affordable. ### 2. Honestly, there is nothing that isn't slow or buggy, or deceptive. **What do you dislike about Clerky?** When their service fails to deliver, they blame a third party, and instead of a refund, actually have the gall to ask for more money. **What problems is Clerky solving and how is that benefiting you?** Incorporation (in theory) except they can't do it correctly. ### 3.
