**What do you like best about ClassManager?**

Its core functionality is good to great: The ability to create and manage classrooms, courses, and enrollments are great. As a registration tool, it does the job and helps keep all the necessary customer information in place.

**What do you dislike about ClassManager?**

Extremely limited beyond capturing registration data; do you need this to work well with other software or services? Good luck. Data is siloed into ClassManager and getting it out of ClassManager is a manual and time-consuming process depending on the data set(s) you need.

**Recommendations to others considering ClassManager:**

Consider what you need this piece of software for; today, there are far better database management tools that more readily connect to other pieces of software securely and without much need of additional development. If sharing ClassManager data across multiple platforms is a must for your business - go elsewhere.

**What problems is ClassManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of ClassManager at my organization preceded me but from what I learned over time, it was used as a tool to not only manage in-person student registrations and records but it was highly customized to offer additional functionality like web payments and registrations. In that time, additional functionality was added in for very specific needs (like one reporting function for an outside agency) but it came at a high development and maintenance cost.
