How easy it is to use. The platform is very customizable and makes the recruiting/screening process smooth. Saves me a ton of time! Being able to post my jobs, see only qualified candidates and have a pre-screening completed before my input and review is need makes the process super simple and saves me hours every week. No longer need to look at every single resume and play phone tag with candidates that may not even be qualified. Classet simplifies that process for me from beginning to end. There is not much to dislike. It's constantly being developed and improved. It does take some time for the initial setup but once that is completed, the process is great. ### What is most helpful / the upside

### What is the downside / biggest challenge?

We have not experienced any significant downside with the solution to date. The biggest challenge has been adapting team behaviours and ways of working to fully leverage the technology. As with any new tool, there is a learning curve and an opportunity to reinforce consistent adoption across the Recruitment team. I appreciate that Classet gets my hiring needs in front of a lot of people, reaching out through multiple contact methods at various times of the day. It prescreens candidates with my chosen criteria using a 'live' AI agent interview, which is a huge time saver during each hire. The Classet team is incredibly responsive; they address issues very quickly, sometimes within a few minutes, and even implement my suggestions immediately. The initial setup was very easy, and making changes is straightforward too. I give them a definite 10 out of 10 and have already recommended Classet to others in my network. That you can't connect to the leads I get emailed to me from Visiting Angels corporate. I spoke to them on your behalf to become a recommended corporate vendor (690 franchises) but they said you would need to be working with at least 60 sites first. I love Classet’s ability to scale to our unique business needs and how agile the platform is. The AI recruiter and clinical mock call AI have drastically reduced our hiring time from 3-4 weeks to about a week, making it possible to hire 50 people every 2 weeks. The only thing I’d like to see improved is a more robust ability to slice and dice analytics for nationwide recruiting, such as having heat maps or deeper analytical features by time zone or location.
