**What do you like best about Classet?**

That you reach out immediately to potential applicants and get them to do an interview immediately with your AI bot.  Its reduced our "ghosting" significantly

**What do you dislike about Classet?**

That you can't connect to the leads I get emailed to me from Visiting Angels corporate.  I spoke to them on your behalf to become a recommended corporate vendor (690 franchises) but they said you would need to be working with at least 60 sites first.  I highly suggest you reach out to Visiting Angels corporate or see if you can attend our national conference and display there.

**What problems is Classet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ghosting of candidates.  Prior to Classett I had over 140 applications in the month of March- I reached out to each via email and had another vendor allegedly reaching out to them via phone- we interviewed and hired only 7 of them.  We are now setting up regular face to face interviews

**What do you like best about Classet?**

I love Classet’s ability to scale to our unique business needs and how agile the platform is. The AI recruiter and clinical mock call AI have drastically reduced our hiring time from 3-4 weeks to about a week, making it possible to hire 50 people every 2 weeks. The candidate experience is so seamless that many don’t even realize they’re interacting with AI, and our executive leadership is thrilled with the results. The team goes above and beyond to meet our needs, and the product is far superior to other AI solutions we’ve tried.

**What do you dislike about Classet?**

The only thing I’d like to see improved is a more robust ability to slice and dice analytics for nationwide recruiting, such as having heat maps or deeper analytical features by time zone or location. While not a deficit, it would help us do even deeper dives into our hiring data.

**What problems is Classet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Classet has significantly improved our hiring efficiency at Chronic Care Staffing. We receive a high volume of applicants for remote clinical roles, and manually screening each one was time-consuming and often slowed the process. Classet automates that first step by immediately engaging candidates, running a clinical mock call, and clearly surfacing who meets our core certification and remote-readiness requirements.

As a result, our recruiters can focus on the best-qualified candidates rather than spending time on initial phone screens. It has shortened our time-to-fill, improved screening consistency, and strengthened our overall hiring workflow. For us, it’s been a practical, scalable solution that delivers real operational impact.

**What do you like best about Classet?**

I love how easy Classet is to use, and the implementation was very smooth and simple. It has saved me a huge amount of time by eliminating manual resume reviews and allowed us to move more candidates through the funnel much faster. It's freed me up to focus on more strategic work.

**What do you dislike about Classet?**

I'd love to see an improvement where specific details from a candidate's resume could be extracted and turned into customized questions for the screening call. This level of integration would make the process even more tailored and effective for recruiters.

**What problems is Classet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small team, bandwidth is a constant challenge.   We can now screen and respond to all applicants improving the candidate experience and freeing up time to focus on higher touch with candidates moving through the process.

**What do you like best about Classet?**

I really like how configurable Classet is. You can add questions for it to ask and adjust the sensitivity of the AI recruiter. For example, you can change how long it waits or reacts to interruptions. It's also super conversational, which is a big plus for me. Compared to other products, the voice and tone are quite conversational, more so than others like the voice agent called Chile. Additionally, the implementation team was really good, providing a great onboarding experience and making us feel well taken care of.

**What do you dislike about Classet?**

It does take some time to configure, but that's just more due to the AI. So, like, any AI tool does take time to configure, and it's not going to be perfect just out of the box. You do have to spend some time with it. You do have to do some experimenting. We've had some learnings from implementation where candidates could, like, skip questions.

**What problems is Classet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Classet helps reduce recruiter phone screens by ensuring recruiters talk only to pre-vetted candidates. It also identifies good matches from candidates who might be overlooked based on their background, which optimizes the talent pool before recruiters engage.

**What do you like best about Classet?**

Classet has given me back at least 60% of my week by automating the initial candidate screening process. The support from their team is immediate and intense, and the product allows me to quickly identify the candidates I want to talk to. The interview recap feature is excellent, and the AI interviewer feels almost like a real person, which candidates find engaging and realistic.

**What do you dislike about Classet?**

While implementation is quick, it does require close collaboration with the Classet team at the start to configure the right interview and screening questions. This initial setup step is important for getting the most out of the product, but it does take some focused effort.

Classet serves as an excellent filter in the recruiting of quality employees.

**What do you like best about Classet?**

The UI is clean and intuitive, onboarding was quick, and the AI screening helps surface stronger candidates faster, which saves us meaningful time. Overall, it’s a practical, streamlined solution for managing high-volume hiring with solid ROI.

There are still a few integrations and workflow customizations that could be more flexible as our hiring needs evolve. That said, the team has been responsive to feedback and continues to improve the platform.

**What do you like best about Classet?**

Classet's team has been outstanding guiding us through implementation, while also staying open to feedback and support. The software is easy to use, set up, and customize. Classet is integrated seamlessly with our ATS, which allows us to quickly import new jobs, and creating scripts is just a matter of filling out a template or dragging and dropping questions. The AI recruiter, Joy, has been very well received by both applicants and recruiters. Following the screening, candidate applications are automatically updated in our ATS based on eligibly requirements determined at the time of creating scripts. Additionally, summaries of all calls are generated and added to the candidate's record for additional review by the recruiters. The speed at which Classet interacts with candidates is also excellent. We've seen candidates go from taking a day on average to be called and pre-screened by a recruiter reduced down to one hour on average with Classet. The ability to do after hour and weekend calls has been a game changer for our recruiting. Ultimately, we are mostly able to have Classet run in the background which frees up our recruiters to spend more time working with highly engaged and qualified candidates.

**What do you dislike about Classet?**

As with anything with generative AI, prompts must be precise and clear, else the AI runs the risk of creating something not as expected. All calls are recorded and transcribed, which are then summarized using generative AI and added to the candidate's record. While Classet has done a great job of creating concise prompts, there still may be some variations in the summary format from job to job, even with the same set of instructions. That said, Classet has done a great job at making the prompts easily accessible and modifiable for users. Additionally, generally speaking, the summaries generated are solid and come out as expected, it's just something we need to monitor a little more for quality control.

**What problems is Classet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Classet is helping use optimize our time spent recruiting candidates for high volume jobs. Classet is able to pre-screen all candidates that apply to jobs that are integrated with it. Applications in our ATS are then automatically dispositioned into either Viable, Not Viable, or Unable to Contact, following the interview. This allows our recruiters to spend time only reviewing Viable candidates, as opposed to spending time interviewing Not Viable candidates and attempting to reach Unable to Contact candidate. It's estimated that we have saved around 436 hours in approximately 2.5 months of using Classet.

**What do you like best about Classet?**

Our company loves the AI recruiter! Joy is efficient in her communication, very responsive and is very professional and real. Sometimes Ai can sound robotic, not Joy! She sounds personable and speaks with genuine care.

**What do you dislike about Classet?**

Thus far we have no complaints about Classet. Joy has been extremely helpful in our recruiting!

We are getting more candidates in our staffing agency by using Joy. She works 24 hours a day 7 days a week! Which is great when you have candidates that may work a day shift and only be available to speak after hours when our office is closed.

**What do you like best about Classet?**

The voice AI is so much better than others I have demoed and is much more advanced.

**What do you dislike about Classet?**

Can take a while to dial things in, however we have gone very detailed so our case is probably not the typical use case.

**What problems is Classet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Classet is helping to take on our initial round phone screen for high volume hourly part-time roles. It also speeds up the process and allows candidates to do the interview at their leisure vs lining up schedules across different time zones.
