(19)4.7/5

When candidates apply, Classet engages them immediately via SMS and email and invites them to complete an on-demand AI phone interview. Joy, our AI voice interviewer, conducts structured, job-specific screening conversations 24/7 with no scheduling required. After each interview, Classet generates a clear, structured summary and syncs the results directly into your ATS (or your Classet dashboard if you don't have an ATS!). Recruiters and hiring managers make all final decisions. Classet does not score candidates on subjective traits or make autonomous hiring decisions. Built as a layer on top of your existing ATS, Classet helps high-volume hiring teams: 1. Respond instantly to new applicants 2. Screen candidates consistently, day or night 3. Reduce manual phone screens 4. Increase applicant-to-interview conversion 5. Capture structured, decision-ready candidate insights 6. Maintain compliance with third-party bias audits and human-in-the-loop review The result: faster screening, better candidate experience, and more recruiter time focused on qualified hires.
