I love how easy Classet is to use, and the implementation was very smooth and simple. It has saved me a huge amount of time by eliminating manual resume reviews and allowed us to move more candidates through the funnel much faster. It's freed me up to focus on more strategic work. I'd love to see an improvement where specific details from a candidate's resume could be extracted and turned into customized questions for the screening call.
