
Classet's team has been outstanding guiding us through implementation, while also staying open to feedback and support. The software is easy to use, set up, and customize. Classet is integrated seamlessly with our ATS, which allows us to quickly import new jobs, and creating scripts is just a matter of filling out a template or dragging and dropping questions. The AI recruiter, Joy, has been very well received by both applicants and recruiters. Following the screening, candidate applications are automatically updated in our ATS based on eligibly requirements determined at the time of creating scripts. Additionally, summaries of all calls are generated and added to the candidate's record for additional review by the recruiters. The speed at which Classet interacts with candidates is also excellent. We've seen candidates go from taking a day on average to be called and pre-screened by a recruiter reduced down to one hour on average with Classet. The ability to do after hour and weekend calls has been a game changer for our recruiting. Ultimately, we are mostly able to have Classet run in the background which frees up our recruiters to spend more time working with highly engaged and qualified candidates. As with anything with generative AI, prompts must be precise and clear, else the AI runs the risk of creating something not as expected. All calls are recorded and transcribed, which are then summarized using generative AI and added to the candidate's record. While Classet has done a great job of creating concise prompts, there still may be some variations in the summary format from job to job, even with the same set of instructions. That said, Classet has done a great job at making the prompts easily accessible and modifiable for users. Additionally, generally speaking, the summaries generated are solid and come out as expected, it's just something we need to monitor a little more for quality control.
