I use Claap for recording and transcribing all the calls, which is the main use case for me. I like how it summarizes the calls and highlights any key deal signals, helping with quick follow-ups. Claap also identifies what actions should happen after a call, like automatically extracting and structuring tasks such as sending pricing or case studies, which saves me from manual note-taking. I also found it very easy to get started with Claap, and I integrated it with my CRM tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Zoom, which helped automate call summaries without any difficulties. I would say the limited use for outside sales teams. It's heavily focused for the sales team, and I'm coming from a technical background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
