## About Civic Champs
Civic Champs was founded as a Benefit Corporation in early 2019 to change how nonprofits operate and engage with their supporters. Our web and mobile platforms automate volunteer management and help nonprofit organizations convert their volunteers to donors. We have helped our nonprofit customers triple their volunteer programs without additional staff while streamlining their operations and eliminating 85% of manual work.

**What do you like best about Civic Champs?**

I like the access to Civic Champs on multiple devices, which means any employee can access the kiosk and sign in volunteers efficiently. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Civic Champs?**

I list that shows your last volunteers or most active volunteers. Improving sign ups so that it's easier to see who volunteers previously so you can easily sign in users who are often volunteering.

**What problems is Civic Champs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Civic Champs for volunteer sign-ups, tracking hours, and information. The program's accessibility on multiple devices allows any employee to sign in volunteers through the kiosk.
