**What do you like best about Citrumsoft?**

It comes as a unified workspace which plays a pivotal role in the key processes of an organisation. Here, one can manage the customers as wekk as projects. It comes with a complete package which helps in project management and also provides timeline tracking and also helps in managing the financial activities. It also has chats and video meetings embedded in it which gives it an edge.

**What do you dislike about Citrumsoft?**

The UI can be made a little bit more friendly. Sometimes, the system lags which is a bit irritating at time.

**What problems is Citrumsoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's unified workspace plays a pivotal role in the key processes of an organisation. 
Both PRojects as well as customers can be managed from the same forum.
 It comes with a complete package which helps in project management and also provides timeline tracking and also helps in managing the financial activities. 
It also has chats and video meetings embedded in it which gives it an edge.
It is on the path of providing a complete platform for automation.
