**What do you like best about CIS Software - Continuous Improvement Software?**

It allowed me to create a paperless QMS to ISO 9001:2015.  Document Management, Auditing, Calibration, Maintenance and HR Management, as well as other features are easy to use, and each module can be tailored to the company's needs.  CIS will schedule the next activity automatically which saves time.  CIS saves time and improves the presentation during an 3rd party audit.

**What do you dislike about CIS Software - Continuous Improvement Software?**

I was recently asked to provide a list of all calibration and maintenance activities done in the past 3 month.  I am unable to provide this record.
Need to be able to create better reports.  Training in this area would be beneficial.  CIS has always supported me if asked.  A better report for lessons learned would be great.  This area needs work to get more value out of this important feature (risk analysis).  Take AI to the next level.  AI has been very useful.

**What problems is CIS Software - Continuous Improvement Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, integrating from Word and Excel documented QMS to CIS saves time and reduces cost in creating and maintaining a QMS/BOS.  One person vs multiple people managing a QMS/BOS saves labor costs.
