**What do you like best about Circus Street?**

I like best how the Circus Street team is always striving to provide us the best solutions and adapts quickly to our organization's needs with the best possible attitude, which makes them a great partner.  

The support from Circus Street has been outstanding and I really appreciate their ongoing strategical and tactical recommendations to continuously improve our program.

**What do you dislike about Circus Street?**

As we have several waves in place, I am really looking forward to seeing a comprehensive project & communication plan to keep track of all tasks in a detailed and high-level view of the program as it has incrementally expanded. This is something our account manager is already working on. Besides that ongoing work, I think the app could have some improvements as for instance making it easier to find a lesson.

**Recommendations to others considering Circus Street:**

Make sure you have your senior leadership's buy-in and assigned champions who see the value and are advocates for this program. This has been key to the success of our program.

**What problems is Circus Street solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our program goal is to improve foundational understanding of digital terms and concepts in the digital space. We have seen excellent survey results over 90% in acquiring new skills and knowledge and meeting our goal. What we are now working towards is the applicability piece of the content to make it even more relevant to the teams.
