What do you like best about Cignon BPM?

Cignon BPM does a good job in handling repetitive activities that I perform in my business processes. The user interface of the software is simple and there is little need to call for an IT help to create new workflows as it has a drag and drop feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cignon BPM?

I have found Cignon BPM’s reporting feature to be somewhat limited. This has the effect of making it difficult to pinpoint where inefficiencies may lie in terms of process and to delegate and enforce responsibilities among team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cignon BPM?

Cignon BPM helped to enhance some crucial processes in my department. There are strong process automation features that in a way help me create intricate processes with decision-making and third-party system connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cignon BPM?

I found Cignon BPM to offer little in terms of mobile compatibility in terms of functionality. This restricts me from being very attentive and prompt in responding especially when I am off my desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
