Chronodesk Reviews & Product Details

Chronodesk is a professional services automation (PSA) and work management platform that runs projects, resourcing, service desk, CRM, time and billing in one workspace. Because every module shares one data set, you can see whether an engagement is profitable while it is still running, not after month end. It is built for professional services firms, IT service providers, creative and marketing agencies, insurance brokers and engineering (EPCM) teams that are tired of stitching together separate project, ticketing, CRM and timesheet tools. What is included: - Projects: tasks, milestones, Kanban boards, calendars, project wikis and documents. - Resource management: capacity planning, bookings, allocation and utilisation tracking. - Service desk: tickets with response and resolution SLAs, email and WhatsApp Business channels, a knowledge base, and a branded client portal where clients log tickets and approve work. - CRM: leads, deals, pipelines and contacts. - Time and billing: timers, calendar meeting capture, timesheet approvals and client rate cards that turn logged hours into invoices, with a Xero integration. - Project financials: budgets, costs, expenses and profitability reporting. - Reporting, custom forms and configurable workflows. - AI: built-in AI agents for routine admin, and a Claude MCP integration that automates CRM updates, status reports and team lookups. - Mobile apps for iOS and Android, plus Chronodesk Capture, a free async screen recorder. Chronodesk is developed by Rysis Software in South Africa.
