We also help business manage and calculating holiday sickness and absence entitlements/ accruals accurately. Data collected can be prepared and then sent to any payroll products such as Staffology, Xero, Shape by Ciphr and Sage. The system is flexible, reliable and capable of handling complex attendance, holiday, absence and shift management requirements. One of the key strengths is the ability to tailor the platform to suit different business processes rather than forcing the business to adapt to the software. The clocking options, reporting capabilities and integration possibilities have all been particularly valuable. The software provides excellent visibility of attendance data and has helped improve operational efficiency across the organization. Support has been responsive and knowledgeable whenever assistance has been required, and the product continues to evolve with regular enhancements and new functionality. Overall, Chronicle provides a powerful and scalable workforce management solution that offers excellent value for money.
