We have been receiving great feedbacks from users around the world, that they love the simplicity and flexibility of creating their communication material with our templates. With the new GraFx Studio version CHILI has made a big technological leap. In addition to a significantly higher performance and speed, we now can also create animated content and new output formats. **What do you dislike about CHILI GraFx?** GraFx Studio is finally here, so we are hoping to the currently missing html output is being rollout as well soon ;-) **What problems is CHILI GraFx solving and how is that benefiting you?** CHILI GraFx is in the heart of our marketing platform Relatial. As we have all seen the need to deliver content faster has been growing for a while, however the NEED to deliver qualiaty content that is relavant in market and personalised to the consumers is fast becoming the norm. CHILI gave us this and over the past few years GraFX has become better and faster, it provides a tech echosystem allowing teams to generate and deliver high personallised content. **What do you dislike about CHILI GraFx?** Honestly it does what it says on the tin, so many platforms that talk about doing automation, but CHILI seems to provide everything you need all in one place. **What problems is CHILI GraFx solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform has allowed teams to deliver larger amounts of cross channel content faster, so cutting down the time to market and allowing the brands to act so much fast at a local level. We have seen a reduction in time to market of around 45% we have also seen costs saving as well in the region of 38% ### 4. You can find templates there, you can generate graphics for ads and social media and much more. **What do you dislike about CHILI GraFx?** If you are used to Photoshop or other design tools, CHILI GraFx may seem not that user-friendly. **What problems is CHILI GraFx solving and how is that benefiting you?** You have all the templates in one place so you don't have to search anymore for sizes. We have barely run into any limitations in desired outcome and through CHILI have very often made our customers impressed and happy with the result. And where ever we did get stuck, we had great, timely support from their team to resolve the challenges. **What do you dislike about CHILI GraFx?** There is definitely a learning curve, but it's nice to see that CHILI is working hard on improving this challenge by offering tutorial videos & live training sessions. **What problems is CHILI GraFx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our customers often want to print items that require customization, for example business cards. Through CHILI we can offer branded templates with a live preview, which our customers can order right away with print on demand. ### 8. The integration process was marred by numerous challenges stemming from their legacy software, lack of proper documentation and support. 2. The product fell short of our expectations, making it a frustrating and time-consuming endeavor for our team. We realized that some of the core features that were shown during the sales demo was not even present in the final software!! 3. The lack of adequate support and communication further exacerbated the issues. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider these shortcomings before choosing Chili Publish as a software solution **What problems is CHILI GraFx solving and how is that benefiting you?** We paid for it under the promise that it will help us scale and automate creative production. Turned out to be a completely incompetent product. ### 9. I have only used GraFx studio in a testing place. However for the past year I have been using GraFx publisher with various customers and it is amazing tool. Not only that the team that build it are so great and I love working with them **What do you dislike about CHILI GraFx?** Nothing I can think of, the direction of the products and features are spot on. **What problems is CHILI GraFx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Asset production at scale and allowing users a self service production process. So the integration is not always as efficient as desired. **What problems is CHILI GraFx solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used CHILI Publisher to take away a lot of the heavy lifting related to rendering text, fonts, and visuals while users create their artwork. CHILI takes on the complexity of generating production-ready PDF files too, which used to be a massive challenge in times before we started using Chili. ### 11.
