**What do you like best about Checkin?**

What I like best about Checkin is that it gives me a clear overview of my project’s finances. I can easily switch between projects using the same login, which saves time and effort. Checkin also makes it much easier to collaborate with accounting, improving our workflow and communication.

**What do you dislike about Checkin?**

I still find Checkin a bit lacking in creativity. Ticket emails, order confirmations, and other communications come across as quite corporate or standard, and don’t fully reflect the identity of our project throughout the customer journey. I also miss having a more user-friendly financial overview — there’s a lot of information packed into one page with small text, and the navigation can be a bit clunky. Once you get used to it, it works fine, but it still feels a bit like Windows 2008. That said, Checkin is absolutely the best tool available, and the team behind it is fantastic.

**What problems is Checkin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Checkin gives me full control over participants and their information, without having to go through the client. It also provides a clear overview of revenue, so we always know where we stand financially. I also appreciate that we can easily add and edit discounts, update participant names, and generate invoices ourselves — it gives us flexibility and saves time.
