## About ChatPion
ChatPion, is a Chatbot that supports Facebook Messenger and Instagram direct message. By using its Visual Flow Builder we can create a powerful chatbot. That can automatically respond to user messages for 24/27. It has also comment automation, which can automatically reply to comments under a Facebook or Instagram post.

**What do you like best about ChatPion?**

XeroChat's Flow builder feature I liked most. It helps to build a bot very easily.

**What do you dislike about ChatPion?**

Every feature of XeroChat is useful.  There is no feature to dislike :)

**What problems is ChatPion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have automated Facebook Messenger. It helps to respond to customers 24/7
