it helps me to answer my questions that are related to pricing, sales and all the work related queries, it provide me an appropriate and good solution for that. it is very easy to use and the answers it provide are very easy to implement

it might have accuracy issues as we cannot 100 percent trust the data

Chatness AI is very simple to use and user friendly enabling you to deploy chatbots on your website very quickly. You can fully customize and personalize it. As well as, it is cost-effective for SMBs.

**What do you dislike about Chatness AI?**

Some of the advanced features are missing as compared to an enterprise-level AI.

**What problems is Chatness AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to automate repetitive customer interaction so that I dont spend much time on it. It helped me free my time. Also it made it easy for me to integrate it with my existing software without any much coding.
