It is good platform which provids the facility to enterprise to connect with customers via deploying the chat-bots on various channels.Gives excellent communication experience with customer.

Its a best tool. Nothing to say on negative side

Its a good platform which uses AI and it elimates the manual efforts, time , cost etc.

**What do you like best about Chatlayer.ai?**

Chatlayer.ai is the best for our work as it helped us a lot to get rid of manually asking the customer what exactly they need in the chat and which saves too much time and money

**What do you dislike about Chatlayer.ai?**

They have to add more templates for business like stationery, car wash, etc.

**What problems is Chatlayer.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right we are using chatlayer.ai for last 1 year and it help us to minimize the time to understand customer pain point so we can delicately work on that particular issue with the special team
