**What do you like best about ChatbotX?**

ChatbotX allows me to automate marketing using AI agents, such as setting up keywords and copy for auto-replies on Facebook and Instagram comments. This is a feature currently lacking in other tools on the market.

**What do you dislike about ChatbotX?**

The initial setup and onboarding process can be a bit complex for beginners, and the learning curve is slightly steep.

**What problems is ChatbotX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatbotX helps solve the issue of manual social media management by automating key tasks like comment replies and ad messaging on Facebook and Instagram. This saves our team significant time, reduces response delays for customers, and boosts overall marketing engagement.
