**What do you like best about Chatbot UI?**

The most usefull aspect of a Chatbot UI is its ability to provide instant, seamless and intuitive resources and the natural feel in conversational assistance.
Upsides of Using a Chatbot UI are:
Instant Responses,
User-Friendly Interface,
Improved Engagement, and
Personalized interactions.

**What do you dislike about Chatbot UI?**

I would say that regardless of being one of most powerfull tool, but its not perfect as it has limited understanding of Complex Queries.
Downsides of Using a Chatbot UI:
Misunderstanding Inputs,
Lack of Human Touch,
Scripted responses most of the times,
Escalations Gaps.

**What problems is Chatbot UI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use Chatbot UI for Educational purposes like enhancing my understanding of some topics but it has a ability to solve several key business problems by streamlining communication, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experience. 
I have used Chatbot UI for scalability issues to handle thousands of users simultaneously, especially during peak hours. I have used it to reduce training load by handling common questions that would otherwise require human input for our new joiners and existing employees.
