I like that Chatbot, Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Management is domain-specific and provides answers based on our documents, which is great for knowledge management. We have more than 1000 pages of documents, and during rush hours, we need to find information quickly. This software gives us the requested info from the documents we've uploaded. I also appreciated that the setup was a quick 10-minute job. Plus, I have no complaints or issues with it, saying 'nothing, all good', which shows I am completely satisfied with the product.
