**What do you like best about ChartLogic EHR?**

Nothing about this EMR was appeasing to me. 

**What do you dislike about ChartLogic EHR?**

Not user friendly, emr looks cluttered, the formatting is in a word doc which mean you have to type out all the assessment which take a lot of time. 

**Recommendations to others considering ChartLogic EHR:**

I would not recommend this emr to anyone 

**What problems is ChartLogic EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

management of patient in the clinical setting
