I love that Chalk It Pro is an all-in-one gym management software that solves a lot of clunkiness from previous software. I like that it's great for both the members and the backend. Our admin, programming staff, and those handling membership can manage everything within the platform really natively. I also appreciate that members can log their scores and do billing in one place, which is really hard to find. The integration with Go High Level is great, allowing communication with our CRM, making it easy when people sign up for a membership. It's super easy to set up for both the back end and the members.

There is a bit of a learning curve at the start, mainly because Chalk It Pro offers so many features and capabilities, but that ultimately becomes a strength.
