"Efficient, compliant, and highly structured eSignature solution"
What do you like best about Chaindoc?

Chaindoc provides a structured and compliant environment for managing digital agreements. The platform ensures full visibility into the document lifecycle, from preparation to final signature, with detailed activity records that support internal governance and audit requirements. Role-based permissions and access controls help maintain proper document management across teams, while the blockchain-backed verification adds an additional layer of integrity, which is important when working with external partners and regulated industries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chaindoc?

The platform would benefit from broader customization of document layouts and a more flexible workspace for teams that manage high document volumes. While this does not affect core functionality, expanded configuration options could further optimize workflows for larger organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exactly what a freelancer needs"
What do you like best about Chaindoc?

Honestly, I love how simple Chaindoc is.

There’s no extra noise or features I don’t need. I can just open it, add my agreement, and send it off.

Everything feels really straightforward, which makes my work a lot easier.

And I’m especially excited for the payment feature coming soon.

Being able to sign a contract and get paid in the same place is a game changer way less back and forth with clients and more peace of mind for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chaindoc?

Sometimes there are small bugs or glitches on the site, but that’s pretty normal for a fast-growing startup.

The good thing is that issues get fixed quickly, and nothing has ever stopped me from getting work done — so it’s not a dealbreaker at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Signing and Collaboration Made Much Easier"
What do you like best about Chaindoc?

What I like most about Chaindoc is how smoothly it handles document workflows. Everything, from preparing a file to getting it reviewed and signed, happens in one place. No scattered emails, no lost versions, no guessing who did what. The clear version history and signing timeline make the whole process transparent and easy to manage. It saves a lot of time and removes unnecessary friction in day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chaindoc?

The only thing I would like to see improved is the number of pre-built document templates. The current setup works well, but having more ready-to-use templates for different contract types would make the process even faster. It’s not a critical issue, just something that would be nice to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Structured, reliable, and easy-to-use eSignature platform"
What do you like best about Chaindoc?

I like that Chaindoc makes the whole signing process transparent and fully traceable. Every action is recorded on blockchain, so there’s no confusion about who signed, viewed, or edited the document. The platform is also very structured: roles, permissions, and access levels help keep documents organized, especially when several people are involved. I also appreciate the KYC verification option; it adds an extra layer of trust when working with new clients or contractors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chaindoc?

Sometimes I wish there were more customization options for the document workspace and a more flexible interface for switching between files. These are not blockers, but improving navigation and layout personalization would make the experience even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
