Certainty is an excellent digital form based software that seamlessly integrates at an enterprise level with on premise sql servers for reporting purposes. Their workflow and action management allows for seamless approval flows and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If the business uses optical character recognition for submission of paper forms, there have been several incidents in the past of checklists getting stuck in awaiting phases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Certainty Admin is not very user friendly. It takes a while to figure out and it's very easy to mess something up. Someone can easily remove access to checklists for others. It recently happened with Hermanson and I had to go back in and correct it for my team who was in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
