Certainty Software is extremely customizable, which has been really helpful for our organization. We are a nonprofit in the human services field, so we use the platform a little differently than a typical audit environment. We use it for QA audits and to track compliance across programs, but our nursing team is also able to use it for medical compliance and even time tracking. Being able to adapt the system to work for different departments has been a huge benefit. I also have to mention their support team. They are fantastic and very responsive whenever we have a question or run into an issue.
