They are very responsive and supportive whenever we need them, and they are open to discussing new features based on our client's needs. We are a nonprofit in the human services field, so we use the platform a little differently than a typical audit environment. We use it for QA audits and to track compliance across programs, but our nursing team is also able to use it for medical compliance and even time tracking. Being able to adapt the system to work for different departments has been a huge benefit. I also have to mention their support team. They are fantastic and very responsive whenever we have a question or run into an issue. **What do you dislike about Certainty Software?** I’d say there was a bit of a learning curve on the administrative side when I first started setting up the checklists and components. Because the system is so customizable, it takes some time to understand how everything works and how to build things the way you want them. It wasn’t overly difficult—just something that requires a little time and patience when you’re getting started. Once you get the hang of it, though, it works really well. **What problems is Certainty Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Certainty Software has helped us better organize and streamline our auditing and compliance processes across the organization. Filling up the checklist allows you to review all the findings and observations, and then based on that, it prepares an automatic report using the AI tool. That's a great feature, I will say, as it saves time. The initial setup was quite easy and not complicated, with the password and auto password generated, allowing us to enter into the software easily. **What do you dislike about Certainty Software?** I find the analytics feature lacking. Along with the report, clients want to see analytics of performance, so having automatic analytics generated would be a great benefit. The analytics should also be flexible enough to adjust to the various requirements asked by the organization. **What problems is Certainty Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Certainty Software helps me design assessments, evaluate organizational performance, and generate reports automatically. For example, critical failures—which are important to disclose to our customers—are missing. A recurring complaint from our auditors is that actions have to be created manually and then transferred to the next step. I first edit the text copy and then have to go in and edit each individual checklist.
