"Easy Checklists and Actions in One Place, but Power BI Export and Automation Need Work"

What do you like best about Certainty Software?

It’s easy to create a new checklist in the admin area and to train new users on MOBI. I also like the convenience of having both checklists and actions together in one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certainty Software?

Some features don’t appear in the database when it’s exported to Power BI. For example, critical failures—which are important to disclose to our customers—are missing. A recurring complaint from our auditors is that actions have to be created manually and then transferred to the next step. It would be helpful if, whenever a requirement is flagged as a non-conformance, actionw were automatically generated with predefined settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Certainty Software?

I particularly like the real-time notifications from Certainty Software. It saves me from traveling to numerous sites to ensure checklists are completed. I really like the ease of use for end users, which accommodates staff with varying education levels effectively. The initial setup was super easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certainty Software?

I would like to see AI used more in checklist creation. For example, I have checklists that are changed each year. I first edit the text copy and then have to go in and edit each individual checklist. If AI could read my text copy and make the appropriate changes, it would save me a ton of time. "Easy-to-Modify Audit Tool That Adapts to Each State’s Requirements"

What do you like best about Certainty Software?

I now have the ability to create an audit tool for my staff that is easy to follow and can be modified as we go from state to state to perform our work. Meaning each state has different requirements and timelines but the audit step is basically the same. now i can go in and duplicate and make adjsutments based on state requirements. The main menu with the “tiles” is very disturbing, due to its intent to be customizable, but at the end one can not be sure which tile covers exactly what Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
