I like that it’s web-based, so it doesn’t require a download to my computer and I can access it from anywhere. It’s also been easy to learn the basics of drafting within the software. The videos in the Support and Help section have been especially helpful when I need guidance on more specific adjustments. On top of that, the pricing feels reasonable, and it loads and renders quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that some customization options are limited or simply not available. I also don’t like that when I insert furniture in certain areas it shows up, but in other places it doesn’t, or other elements fail to appear. If I place a chair, that chair should show up in the plans view with the chair symbol. I’m also not happy with the dimension-adjustment tools. I very much like Cedreo's user-friendly platform, which I can intuitively learn and know what to do from the get-go. I also appreciate their visual rendering capabilities. Cedreo enables me to quickly draw plans for clients and send them a visual, making it easier for clients to visualize their purchase when I provide them with an estimate. It would be nice to be able to do a human-like planned video walkthrough in HD and be able to prerecord it for a client. I would also like if they could include a feature that would calculate surface area for different materials and compile a material list. Like have wall area calculator, ceiling area calculator, roof covering calculator, things like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Cedreo because it lets me modify house plans quickly and then show customers exterior elevations and views of the home. It’s a fantastic tool for closing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It still doesn’t offer separate scaling for site plans. It would be really helpful to be able to keep the main text at one scale while setting a relative scale for dimensions. Also, Cedreo still doesn’t have the ability to produce engineering scales, which is a bit frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a high school teacher for 30 years, I’ve used multiple architectural CAD programs, and Cedreo is the best I’ve worked with. It’s easy to learn, the support team is great and responds in a timely way, and their YouTube channel is excellent. Overall, the workflow feels intuitive, practical, and well thought out. Cedreo was helpful for our company when we created a sales center as a custom project for a builder. It was easy to use, easily understandable, user friendly, and allowed us to have a wide range of design options to create the custom look he was going for. We were able to start with just a blueprint and work up to furnishing and materials in one afternoon! These really aren't downsides, seeing as how I believe that Cedreo is working on growing and improving their software and business. The materials we were able to use were somewhat limited in certain sections, which is completely understandable seeing as how including every single custom building material and furnishing is virtually impossible. Their price point is very fair! However, from our business perspective as a young brokerage, we are evaluating how Cedreo can fit into our business model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cedreo and the support staff has been very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. The tool itself is very professional and easy to use once you get the basic understanding of how it works. I wish some of the accessories would include more US based items. For example, wall trim (on the entire wall) is very popular here. It would be cool to see it there was some wall trim already built out and we were able to just select and drag it onto the wall.

Also, putting on a roof is pretty difficult to understand and vaulting ceiling. Many of the homes we are building have vaults in almost every room. I’d love move videos or training on this. Also, wall heights for vaulted ceilings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
