
One of the important functions of CCMS is that when an action is recorded for years or previously recorded, you can easily tell who recorded it, why was it recorded and what actions have been taken so far, and what is pending for the complaint/issues/or request to be completely resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The information generated or logged on CCMS is not sufficient enough for you to have a full understanding of what transpired, unlike CRMS where you get detailed information of what you are dealing with.
Although CCMS is tailored for logging high-priority complaints which involve salvaging of funds, complaints on money laundering issues, financial disputes, and partial dispense errors, camera footage requests, card hotlist (disable). Still, information cannot be totally visible like CRMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
