**What do you like best about CCMS?**

One of the important functions of CCMS is that when an action is recorded for years or previously recorded, you can easily tell who recorded it, why was it recorded and what actions have been taken so far, and what is pending for the complaint/issues/or request to be completely resolved.

**What do you dislike about CCMS?**

The information generated or logged on CCMS is not sufficient enough for you to have a full understanding of what transpired, unlike CRMS where you get detailed information of what you are dealing with.

Although CCMS is tailored for logging high-priority complaints which involve salvaging of funds, complaints on money laundering issues, financial disputes, and partial dispense errors, camera footage requests, card hotlist (disable). Still, information cannot be totally visible like CRMS

**Recommendations to others considering CCMS:**

It is ideally used by the Banking or financial sectors and it is very effective

**What problems is CCMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is used for recording/logging important and urgent actions to be taken or already taken to forestall the loss of funds in a bank account 
Logging high-priority complaints which involve salvaging of funds, complaints on money laundering issues, financial disputes, and partial dispense errors, camera footage requests, card hotlist (disable).

**Describe the project or task CCMS helped with:**

I'm using CCMS to get updates and notifications from my employer regarding training, wages and any company updates.

**What do you like best about CCMS?**

I like how easy it is to navigate the system, and clicking easily on each article. As well as this, I can easily view my holiday entitlement.

**What do you dislike about CCMS?**

I don't enjoy how plain the colour is on the background, as it can be a little bit dull to view.

**Recommendations to others considering CCMS:**

It's a very organised and easy to access software. Although, it can be dull to view overtime.

**What problems is CCMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to keep updated with company policies and get any informantion I personally need from HR.

**What do you like best about CCMS?**

My client uses CCMS for time-sensitive and mandatory communications with employees. In theory, I understand the spirit behind CCMS which is to be able to track employee's acknowledgement of importance communications for accountability and legal compliance. 

**What do you dislike about CCMS?**

It seems a bit redundant to me. Could they just send the correspondence via email? Why does there have to be another software when this can be address with "read" and "open" through the email client? The employees and contractors are already using it. 

**What problems is CCMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CCMS allowed companies to track important communications to minimize legal risk and hold accountable its employees, contractors and clients.

**What do you like best about CCMS?**

I like that I am able to use the system and understand how it works. it is not a hard system to understand once you get the hang of it. it is pretty clear-cut, and it gives you everything that you need all in one place. i am able to request days off, log into work, check my points, remove days off requests, and more. 

**What do you dislike about CCMS?**

I do not like that it is slow and freezes up. sometimes it completely shuts down and i am not able to use it at all for a few minutes or sometimes even a few hours. that is no good, as i need to use that system to log into work in order to get paid. i need a paycheck to live, you know.

**Recommendations to others considering CCMS:**

try it and you may like it. it can be good sometimes, and it can be bad sometimes. sometimes it can work fast and sometimes it can freeze up and be very frustrating. just use it and see what your unique experience with it will be. you might really enjoy using this product. it all depends on your personal preference and what kind of products you like using, i suppose. 

**What problems is CCMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits are that I am able to log into work and get paid.
