**What do you like best about CBI?**

The most helpful thing was the training and handa on wr were able to be provided with the transition between our work.  I was little skeptical  at first when the company approached the change.  CBI has worked wonderful.for us.

**What do you dislike about CBI?**

I have yet to find something I didn't like.  I can always update review but it looks very promising.  Maybe price point but I'm really stretching to find something to dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering CBI:**

I would absolutely recommend CBI to.anything looking for the corporate change to ease.  Very efficient and training is not an issue the smoothness is very adaptive to existing work.

**What problems is CBI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On multiple this has helped us with issues we weren't being able to fix with other programs.  The ease of using and understanding is amazing.  Very easy to work with. Definitely good communication. Between them with us.
