**What do you like best about CBA Live Assist?**

Using CBA Live Assist, I was able to see my customer’s screen and help them fill out forms or navigate through websites that they find difficult to navigate. It avioids the concern of having to explain in detail and reassures the customer that they are on the right path.

**What do you dislike about CBA Live Assist?**

CBA Live Assist has a problem with handling multiple customers during the same time.  It is possible that to switch between two co-browsing sessions is not very easy and takes a lot of time.

**What problems is CBA Live Assist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With CBA Live Assist, I was in a position to improve the customer service, and I really liked the co-browsing function. It is highly inconvenient, particularly for agents working with numerous customers, which is the reason for the session management issues.

**What do you like best about CBA Live Assist?**

CBA live assist is really being a very helpful tool to boost up our customer service, On day to day basis we have to interact with our clients and introduce us but we dont know if they understand the same thing the same way that we have portrayed, thats when CBA assist has helped us we can communicate with our client easily and real time, it provides co browsing facility in which we can help our customers to make a purchase or fill any forms or make the website user friendly even if they are stuck anywhere. It also protects the data which also builds our clients trust that the site is safe and secured. It is so easy to use and makes interactions easier because the user and agent have to just login at the website which can be done with the help of a Mobile as well which means its easily accesible.

CBA assist has been nothing but helpful up until now, there is no such dislike.

**What problems is CBA Live Assist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CBA assist has helped us boost our sale, enhance our customer service and also interact with our clients real time to solve their issues with the help of co browsing along with audio video options. it has helped us to assist our clients with easy use and accessibility. Along with solution it also provides safety, protection of data and it allows a free demo with very minimal charges later for subscription.
