Honestly, not much. Sometimes I wish the search functionality was a bit more intuitive, and occasionally the data on very early-stage companies (pre-seed) can be sparse, but that's understandable given how stealth those companies operate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is little complex to use, especially the advanced search functionality. They can make it more user friendly by adding drag and drop options etc. The expert collection of startups are also underwhelming. Good looking dashboards, neural/graph data formats, etc. Also, the research reports that they publish are quite good. Notably the ones covering the VC landscape in terms of what specific investors are doing in each industry. There's also a news-like quality to reading their reports where they feel more timely than the standard quarterly reports that other platforms such as Pitchbook publishes. In terms of data, overall CB Insights has the majority of core deal information. Doesn't have the plugins and extra functionalities of other platforms such as functions within Excel, Salesforce, etc. Also the contact information isn't as populated as other sites such as Pitchbook.
