What we like best about Catalyzer is that it feels purpose-built for how SBDCs actually work. The platform is clean, intuitive, and much easier to navigate than legacy CRM systems, which helps reduce friction for advisors and leadership alike.

The new features have been especially valuable for managing client engagement, tracking activity, and improving visibility across programs. There honestly isn’t much we dislike about Catalyzer. As with any new CRM, there is a natural learning curve and a few areas that are still being refined as the platform continues to develop.

Some workflows may take time for teams to fully adjust to, especially for users coming from a legacy system. But that feels more like part of the transition process than a major drawback.
