**What do you like best about CAS PIA?**

Web application based customer relationship management tool with an inbuilt module to store all meta data related to prospects, leads, opportunities and customers. The price bundling feature stands apart for its affordability

**What do you dislike about CAS PIA?**

The integration with other marketing tech stacks is not available with all the tools for instance Lead scoring applications. The reporting mechanism and modules can be updated to drive decision making

**What problems is CAS PIA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the workflows makes day-to-day activities efficient. Useful for the territory sales teams for updating customer discussions. It gives more stability, flexibility and security to all the sensitive information handled
