**What do you like best about CareTime?**

Quick onboarding for Employees. There has been more problems than solutions and a false assurance for help.

**What do you dislike about CareTime?**

Lack of assistance. Rounded numbers for hours recorded. No payroll report export file. Extreme lack of response and consistent issues with no result. Was promised many features and assistance that has not happened. Makes us lose credibility and trust in our buisness because of CareTime's consistent errors and lack of assistance for the issues and errors.

**What problems is CareTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are supposed to record the hours of our employees but have the audacity to send us a payroll report that do not reflect the actual hours work risking an incorrect payroll for our employees.

This really works well for home health care. It's easy to use, self explanatory and very helpful. Great for charting.

**What do you dislike about CareTime?**

Nothing really. It seems to work great across all devices.

Just use it and be amazed

Charting used to be a chore. This really makes it easier.

the ease of the software won me over. I will continue to use this software in the future.

There is currently nothing wrong with the software I used.

The software has helped me immensely with my time management.

Ease of calling and clarity of the verbiage.

**What do you dislike about CareTime?**

Can't go back if you hit wrong choice. End up hanging up and starting over.

**What problems is CareTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Have been many unresolved issues, not sure if it's the software end or HC company end.
