What do you like best about CareTime?

Quick onboarding for Employees. There has been more problems than solutions and a false assurance for help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CareTime?

Lack of assistance. Rounded numbers for hours recorded. No payroll report export file. Extreme lack of response and consistent issues with no result. Was promised many features and assistance that has not happened. Makes us lose credibility and trust in our buisness because of CareTime's consistent errors and lack of assistance for the issues and errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
