**What do you like best about CarePoint Therapy?**

Very simple to use. You may enter activity in one screen to drive all features together automatically. Allows easy monitoring and live reports which in return provides excellent quality care for your patients. 

**What do you dislike about CarePoint Therapy?**

The software is pretty simple to use however there is a lot to it. Sometimes it doesn’t always link with other systems and causes quite an inconvenience. 

**Recommendations to others considering CarePoint Therapy:**

I would definitely give it a try. 

**What problems is CarePoint Therapy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I previously  used this to monitor patients benefit utilization and remaining dollars available, manage exceptions, and identify referral opportunities.
