I wish the reporting / analysis structures were a little more flexible / robust. Data only flows into the reports after processing payouts and it can take a while after processing for the data to join. The visualisation of the data makes it simple to create actionable insights. It's easy for me to figure out who and where to help my team. It's also very clear how the numbers are calculated - rather than one final number, there are multiple columns showing how the final commission number was influenced. I like CaptivateIQ for being up to date and accurate, especially when I need information quickly. I can rely on it for the most recent data, which helps me make real-time decisions about where to focus based on the provided information. I think sometimes there's just so much information in there that it can be a little bit overwhelming.
